You can go to “Start” -> Run ->type “gpedit.msc” to open “Group Policy Editor”->Computer Configuration ->Administrative Templates ->Network ->QoS Packet Scheduler ->right click “Limit reservable Bandwidth” to select “Properties” ->click “Enable” within the popping- up windows -> change the Bandwidth limit from the default 20 to 0. Hence, all bandwidth will be released and greatly speed up computers.
